A ‘Little’ Titanic Discovery!

Saturday dawned bright and sunny as women made their way to Titanic Belfast for the Discovery Event with Life Reconnected.

A little bit of the magic that is the new iconic building in Belfast rubbed off as we dipped our toe in the process of beginning our own hero’s journey to find inspiration and motivation in our lives right away. The backdrop of a fantastic view of the slipways that launched Titanic, the mouth of Belfast Lough and the hills surrounding Belfast helped the metaphors to sail, the ice to be cracked and as one attendee said “I’ve come to just sit in a room with inspiring women!”

Well inspiring women were certainly there and the cognitive wheels started rolling fuelled by Titanic biscuits and the images both inside the room and outside the window as we contemplated ways to get a new perspective and make changes in our lives.

Thank you so much to everyone who attended Saturday’s event – I know you travelled from London, Dublin, Bristol, Dorset and Magheralin, Lisburn, Bangor and Newtownards as well as Belfast to be there. I hope you all made a little discovery of your own intuitive wisdom…
